- Provide front desk coverage. Greet and assist visitors. Respond to HR department telephone inquiries with courtesy and professionalism. Provide excellent customer service.
- Answer basic HR inquiries regarding benefits or employment policies and direct team members to other areas as appropriate.
- Work with Materials Management in keeping a stock of uniforms for all entities (North, South and OHHP).
- Order office supplies as needed, file; perform other administrative duties as needed.
- Create Employee ID badges.
- Create Personnel and Education files and orientation materials. Oversee the maintenance and auditing of personnel files, I-9 files, etc.
- Assist the Benefit Coordinators with following up with newly hired team members.
- Perform monthly OESC New Hire Reporting.
- Perform annual MVR Reporting.

Shift: Full-Time, Monday - Friday, Days. No weekends/No holidays
ResponsibilitiesThe OHH Human Resources Coordinator will provide support to a busy Human Resources department. Assist with various stages of the recruiting and pre-employment process. Maintain personnel, I-9 and education files. Must be able to efficiently handle multiple priorities within appropriate task deadlines. Maintain confidentiality of personnel information. Perform other duties as assigned and in accordance with the OHH’s mission, values and behavioral standards.
QualificationsExperience: Minimum of three (3) years of general office experience required. Experience with regulatory compliance in a hospital or healthcare setting preferred.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or related field preferred.
Licensure/Certification: SPHR or PHR certification preferred.
Working Knowledge: Employment laws and unemployment standards. Interpersonal dynamics. Recruitment, interviewing and screening applicants. HRIS/Payroll/E-recruit systems. Must be highly computer literate.
