      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage recruitment processes including posting job openings, screening candidates, and facilitating onboarding
      - Maintain accurate employee records and data in electronic HR systems
      - Assist employees with enrollment in benefits programs, including health insurance and retirement plans
      - Coordinate training programs for new hires and ongoing professional development
      - Generate and analyze HR reports on staffing metrics and turnover rates

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Diploma or Equivalent required; Bachelor's Degree in a related field preferred
      - 1-2 years of related experience in customer service or human resources
      - Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy
      - Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective employee interaction
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR management systems (HRIS)

      - Previous experience in a healthcare setting
      - Familiarity with compliance training and employee relations
      - Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making skills
      - Experience in generating HR reports and metrics analysis
