      Human Resources Coordinator position provides administrative support to the HR Department and hiring managers assisting new hires with the application and onboarding process, while insuring adherence to the dealership's personnel policies and procedures. The HR Coordinator is typically the first point of contact for applicants and it is important that this candidate like people, be organized and communicate well.

      Pay: $24/hr, Full- time Monday - Friday 8a-5p

      Paid Holidays: Hannah Motor Company offers 6 paid holidays per year to Human Resources Coordinator, subject to completion of the introductory period and other eligibility requirements as per company policy.

      Essential Duties:

      • Creates open positions in ATS and job boards
      • Assists department managers in the hiring process and offer letters
      • Assists pre-hires with pre-employment tasks
      • Performs onboarding tasks in ATS, LMS and payroll systems
      • Conducts new employee orientations fostering a positive attitude toward company goals
      • Maintains all employee-related files including individual personnel files and records of insurance coverage, pension plans, hires, promotions, transfers, terminations and any employment-related information or documentation required by the government
      • Process employee separation notices and related documentation
      • Understands, keeps abreast of, and complies with federal, state, and local employment and employee-related laws.

      Other Duties:

      • As may be assigned by supervisor.

      Qualifications:

      • Two years administrative experience, preferred HR experience.
      • Excellent communication skills (including listening, speaking).
      • Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, or schedule form.
      • Ability to multi-task.
      • Ability to work alone, self motivate and manage one’s own time.
      • Physical ability to use computer hardware/software.
      • Computer literate (MS Word, Advanced Excel, Outlook,)
      • Organized and extremely detail-oriented
      • Excellent time management and ability to shift priorities.
      • Ability to deal with highly sensitive and confidential information.
      • Must be able to work on-site/in-person full time. This is not a remote or hybrid position.
