      As the HR Director for our organization, you will create and provide strategic direction as well as day-to-day HR support for our Fireplace Business Unit, an organization that includes sales, marketing, manufacturing and the associated support functions.u00A0 This position reports to the senior business leaders with dotted line reporting to the Vice President of Human Resources.u00A0 Working in this HR leadership role you will have a significant impact on the business by improving decisions that depend on and impact people.u00A0

      For the HR Director to be successful in their role they will have to:
      • Create time and seek opportunities to learn the business to establish a clear point-of-view about how HR can help the business achieve its goalsu00A0
      • Partner with and support people leaders and members in both their strategic and tactical HR needs
      • Understand the Point of View (POV) of all processes housed by HR (Talent Acquisition, Engagement, Development, Performance Management and Differentiation, Workforce Planning, and Compliance/Risk Management) and effectively execute the right levers to meet business needs
      • Champion member engagement: understand process and inspire members to successfully drive action plans to improve member engagement and retain members
      • Provide coaching and guidance to Plant HR Managers on human resources mattersu00A0u00A0
      Qualifications, Skills and Abilities:
      • Bacheloru2019s degree in human resources or other comparable field with 7+ years of experience as an HR business partner.
      • Demonstrated critical thinking ability, strong organization and multi-tasking skills.u00A0
      • Understands and communicates with a diverse set of leaders and members at various levels within various functional areas that impact the business.u00A0u00A0
      • Initiative to drive corrective actions around opportunities.
      • Must be computer literate, particularly in Microsoft Office 365 products
      • Must lead via both influence and direct management to achieve results in a timely manner.
      • Ability to effectively communicate up, down, & across the organization is required
