      Human Resources Director Qualifications & Responsibilities:

      • 2 years’ experience as a Human Resources Director in a long-term care setting is preferred but not required
      • Associates Degree required, Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related field preferred
      • Review payroll bi-weekly and update personnel policies as needed
      • Coordinating interviews for new staff along with the recruitment team
      • Onboarding new hires and organizing orientations
      • Evaluate annual performance reviews as needed
      • Knowledge of FMLA, Disability and Workman’s compensation policies & procedures
      • Any other duties as assigned
