      The Human Resources Director partners with the Nobel Biocare Commercial, Operations & Corporate functions within North America to support Nobel's continuing growth. The successful candidate will handle all aspects of HR, including strategic and tactical responsibilities. This involves partnering with senior leadership on talent initiatives, talent management, attraction and development, performance management, strategic projects, process improvement, and employee relations, all aligned with Envista Core Values to accelerate company growth. The position reports directly to the Global Vice President of Human Resources for Nobel Biocare.

      Primary Duties And Responsibilities

      • Contribute to business strategy by collaborating with leaders to develop organizational capabilities, behaviors, structures, and processes.
      • Lead people engagement efforts, steward our culture, and contribute to the Nobel business strategy.
      • Facilitate organization effectiveness activities and information sessions on various topics, from leadership to team development.
      • Partner with Talent Acquisition on recruiting for commercial and leadership roles to ensure a strong talent pipeline.
      • Advise management on employee relations and performance issues.
      • Drive talent development for targeted employee groups.
      • Manage processes like performance management, promotions, and talent reviews, ensuring alignment with corporate strategy.
      • Ensure compliance with legal and government regulations affecting HR functions.
      • Oversee the HR components of the strategic plan for Nobel North America.
      • Lead the HR team in problem resolution, project management, and workflow monitoring across North America.
      • Hire, train, coach, motivate, and evaluate HR team members.
      • Lead HR projects inside and outside the HR department.
      • Perform other duties as assigned.

      Education/Experience/Requirements

      • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Management, or related field; MBA or MA preferred.
      • 8-10 years in HR roles with increasing responsibility.
      • At least 3 years of Commercial HR experience.
      • Strong collaboration and influencing skills.
      • Knowledge of recruiting, data analytics, sales compensation, training, and development.
      • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
      • Excellent communication skills, with experience presenting to senior leadership.
      • Ability to follow and deviate from processes as needed.
      • Strong employment law knowledge.
      • Proven ability to drive projects to completion.
      • Continuous improvement mindset; experience with methodologies like Lean or Six Sigma is a plus.
      • Workday knowledge is preferred.
      • Experience in highly regulated industries.
      • Knowledge of organization effectiveness tools and assessments.
      • Extensive labor relations experience.
      • PHR/SPHR certification is preferred.

      Travel

      Approximately 15% travel, including occasional international trips.

      Salary Range

      $131,100 - $243,400, based on factors like location, experience, and education. Compensation may include bonuses, benefits, and other plans.
