What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Marketing, Communications, or related field
- Three years of experience in human resources, communication, or employee engagement
- Ability to identify trends, gaps, and challenges and execute solution-focused strategies
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills with a high tolerance for ambiguity and change
- Self-starter with a passion for fostering a positive organizational culture and employee well-being

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Three years of project management experience
- Master's degree
- SHRM-CP, PMP, HRPM, IMPA-SCP, PHR, SPHR, GPHR certifications
