What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collaborate with HR leaders to address talent and staffing needs, enhancing guest experiences
- Lead recruiting efforts to attract candidates with the right skills for the store

- Serve as an expert resource for scheduling systems and pay practices
- Engage with guests to provide assistance and create a welcoming shopping experience
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Ability to work a flexible schedule with varying hours and shifts
- Strong communication skills and a welcoming attitude towards guests and team members
- Experience using basic Microsoft Office Suite and workforce management programs
- Attention to detail and ability to follow multi-step processes
- Capability to remain mobile throughout the duration of a scheduled shift
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience in a customer service role or human resources
- Familiarity with scheduling software and pay practices
- Ability to operate handheld scanners and other technology equipment
- Experience in a fast-paced retail environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work both independently and as part of a team
