What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collaborate with HR leaders to address talent and staffing needs aligned with guest expectations

- Serve as a resource for scheduling systems and pay practices
- Ensure compliance with company policies to enhance team member experience
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Ability to interact and assist guests and team members effectively
- Open to a flexible work schedule with varying hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Attention to detail and capability to follow multi-step processes
- Ability to remain mobile and active throughout the duration of a scheduled shift

- Experience with cash register operations and handling transactions
- Familiarity with technology, including handheld scanners and communication devices
