      Description

      US Heart and Vascular is needing a Remote HR Generalist to join our amazing HR team.

      Qualified applicant must live in the Dallas/Fort Worth or Houston, TX area.

      The HR Generalist serves as a strategic and tactical partner and is responsible for both complex and routine administrative services for an assigned region. The HR Generalist works closely with practice leadership, payroll, recruiting, etc. to ensure success of all HR requirements, policies and procedures. Additionally, this position maintains the employee system of record for Human Resources.

      Responsibilities:

      • Advise associates on a wide range of Human Resource matters.
      • Lead the onboarding program for USHV.
      • Manage employee relations practices necessary to maintain a positive employee-employer relationship and promote a high level of employee commitment.
      • Interact effectively and build relationships within and between departments and among individuals.
      • Advise and support associates in the handling of employee relations matters involving a suspension or discharge. Support the practices in resolving matters of conflict at the earliest opportunity and providing an independent mediation role where appropriate.
      • Escalate concerns to Regional HR Business Partner in relation to HR business risk and other HR related matters.
      • Monitor and analyze data including turnover rates, unemployment, recruiting and Workers’ Compensation.
      • Take responsibility for specific HR-related projects and reports.
      • Other reasonable duties as assigned and required.

      Requirement:

      • A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent
      • Minimum of 3 years of verifiable HR experience.
      • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems.
      • Experience with Paycom, HRIS system of record, preferred
      • Experience in a medical environment and/or experience preferred
      • Familiarity with and current knowledge of State and Federal law, regulations and policies, and other governing body requirements and regulations. Strive to consistently achieve excellence in all tasks and goals.
