JOB SUMMARY:
Provides Human Resources support and advice to Dassault Falcon Jet personnel in an aviation environment. This position assists in the aircraft completions effort by supporting hiring and/or career opportunity initiatives, employee relations, compensation, benefits, discipline applicability, policy interpretation, community relations and other tasks as assigned by management. This position will also manage and administer the Leave of Absence and FMLA program.
