What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Partner with managers on employee relations issues, performance management, and investigations
- Oversee company engagement programs and employee surveys
- Monitor developments in employment laws and recommend operational changes
- Maintain relationship with benefits brokers and oversee plan administration
- Assist in policy development and implementation
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
- 5+ years of progressive HR generalist experience
- High emotional intelligence and ability to coach managers and employees
- Knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- PHR or SPHR certification
- Hands-on experience with UKG Pro
- Experience administering HR policies across multiple states
