- Recruits, interviews, and facilitates the hiring of qualified job applicants for open positions; collaborates with departmental managers to understand skills and competencies required for openings.
- Drafts Job Listings / Advertisements, posts positions and maintain/update application system.
- Facilitates background checks and employee eligibility verifications.
- Prepare offer letters and onboard new hires within company standards/formats.
- Performs routine tasks required to administer and execute human resource programs including but not limited to compensation, benefits and leave; disciplinary matters, investigations; performance and talent management, productivity, recognition and morale.
- Handles employment-related inquiries from applicants, employees, and supervisors, referring complex and/or sensitive matters to the appropriate staff.
- Maintains compliance with federal, state and local employment laws and regulations, and recommended best practices; reviews policies and practices to maintain compliance.
- Strong focus on a multitude of pipeline strategies including referral programs, community partnerships, job fairs, school partnerships, diversity groups, unemployment offices, local government programs, and grass-roots campaigns (radio, social media, signage, etc.)
- Conducts prescreens, refers candidates to hiring managers and follows up on applicant status.
- Be a contributing team member and assist with HR projects as assigned.
- Bachelor's Degree and/or 2 years Human Resource / Full Cycle Recruiting Experience
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, volume and metric driven environment including managing (15+) job requisitions at one time.
- Experience partnering and supporting hiring managers through full cycle hiring process for all role levels
- Strong attention to detail and superb time management skills
- Verbal and written communication skills, negotiation skills, customer service and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage one's time

Pay Range: $40,000 - $45,000 per year - Starting pay negotiable based on experience.
