      Description

      We have a Human Resources Generalist position available! As the Human Resources Generalist you will be responsible for processing payroll, administering FMLA and personal leaves, reconciling invoices, and providing the best customer service to our internal customers – our colleagues! As the Human Resources Generalist, you will also provide support in areas of performance management, benefits administration, employee relations, new colleague orientation and so much more!


      What does a day look like as a Human Resources Generalist?

      As a Human Resources Generalist, you will work with our colleagues and supervisors to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing, partner with our colleagues as they prepare for a leave of absence, and ensure our policies and procedures are updated appropriately. You will collaborate with and assist your Human Resources colleagues on all aspects of Human Resources at CCFBank. This position will uphold and embrace CCF’s Mission, Vision, and Values every day by collaborating with colleagues across all departments and locations to provide the best possible experience for our customers.


      Must haves:

      • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Industrial Relations, Public or Business Administration, Psychology or a related field.
        • Note: Two (2) years of directly related experience may be considered in lieu of the Bachelor’s degree.
      • One (1) year of work experience in Human Resources Management or a related field.
      • One (1) year of work experience processing payroll.
      • Knowledge of the principles and practices of human resource administration, including recruitment, recognition and performance management.

      Desired Education and/or Experience Requirements

      • Experience with HRIS systems, leave administration, and benefits administration
      • Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification or SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP
