      Position Summary:

      2nd Swing is seeking an experienced Human Resources Generalist to join our team! As a Human Resources Generalist you will be responsible for a broad range of human resources activities in support of the 2nd Swing team members and the HR Department. You will play a vital role in attracting top talent, ensuring a best-in-class onboarding journey, and serving as the first point of contact for all HR-related inquiries. This is an opportunity to make a tangible impact on our company culture and support the growth of our team. This is a full-time, exempt and in-office position at our corporate office in Eden Prairie, MN.

      Responsibilities:

      Talent Acquisition & Onboarding: 50%

      • Spearhead full-cycle recruiting efforts while partnering closely with Hiring Managers.
      • Foster communications with the Training team and the IT team to ensure a seamless onboarding experience.
      • Lead engaging and welcoming new hire orientation sessions.

      HR and Team Member Support: 40%

      • Serve as the trusted and empathetic first point of contact for all team member inquiries, providing prompt and knowledgeable support.
      • Maintain data integrity and confidentiality by expertly managing our HRIS (UKG Pro) for all onboarding, offboarding, and employee change processes.
      • Administer HR programs ensuring team members understand our offerings.
      • Handle general office and business administrative duties as needed.

      Strategic Partnership & Projects: 10%

      • Collaborate with our Training & Development team on special projects.
      • Identify opportunities for process improvement within HR and champion their implementation to increase efficiency and enhance the employee experience.

      Preferred Qualifications:

      • Hands-on experience with UKG Pro, UKG Workforce Management, JIRA, and Google Suite.
      • A genuine passion for and intermediate knowledge of the game of golf.
      • Experience in a retail or multi-location environment.

      Required Qualifications:

      • A Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
      • 5+ years of Human Resources experience
      • Demonstrated success in full-cycle recruiting.
      • A proven track record of improving HR processes.
      • Exceptional communication skills (both written and verbal).
      • Ability to build trust across all levels of the organization.
      • A natural problem-solver with a strong internal motivation to help people and do the right thing.

      Physical Requirements:

      • Prolonged periods of sitting and working at a desk in an office environment.

      Compensation:

      • $72,000 - $102,000 based on previous experience and qualifications.
