      Job Summary:

      The home base for this position is our Englewood, Colorado location. We are seeking an experienced HR Generalist to lead HR initiatives in multiple Denver locations, Colorado Springs, and Pueblo. The HR Generalist leads recruiting and employee relations for retail, warehouse, and fleet employees.

      This position reports to the corporate HR Director and will work closely with store and warehouse management. We are looking for an HR leader and creative solution finder.

      Essential Functions:

      • Partners with the hiring managers to determine staffing needs.
      • Partners with employees and management to communicate various human resource policies, procedures, laws, standards, and other government regulations.
      • Conducts exit interviews, analyzes data, and makes recommendations to the management team for corrective action, and continuous improvement.
      • Responds to employee relations issues such as employee complaints, harassment allegations, and civil rights complaints.
      • Represents the company for any unemployment claims.
      • Facilitates or provides training (including orientation) to the workforce.
      • Maintains and coordinates employee recognition programs.
      • Interviews, screens, and recruits job applicants to fill entry-level, professional, and technical job openings.
      • Reviews applications and interviews applicants to match experience with specific job-related requirements.
      • Conducts new-hire orientation.
      • Regular travel to other locations in the Denver area.

      Requirements:

      • Strong technology skills. Well-versed in the use and capability of applicant tracking systems, HRIS, and Office Suite. The right candidate is technology savvy.
      • An associate degree in a related field or equivalent experience is strongly preferred.
      • Multiple location experiences are desirable
      • Experience with full cycle recruitment is a must
      • Knowledge of Colorado and federal employment law, and multi-state experience are highly desirable
      • Experience managing workers’ compensation
      • HR certification is highly desirable

      Pay range: $58,000-70,000 is the target starting range, with consideration for experience and education.
