- Deliver service to both internal and external members that is in alignment with the credit union’s Service Promises, I commit to:
- Provide support to the HR Department to assist in improving the employee experience.
- Recruiting and hiring and on-boarding of all employees.
- Administrator for the Human Resources Information System (HRIS) including payroll, employee record maintenance. Input changes as received from the supervisors, branch managers and staff authorized by the AVP, Human Resources.
- Manage the year-end payroll process, assuring accuracy on all employee information, taxes, deductions, reports, PTO accruals, ACA, Imputed Income and W-2’s.
- Support the HR department with the process of Open Enrollment, Performance Review, Unemployment Claims and Employee Engagement Survey.
- Perform exit interviews with employees.
- Maintain personnel records, in compliance with HR regulations.
- Administer the Compliance Poster website ensuring that all legal posters are up to date.
- Manage and post open job positions on various web sites.
- Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves, benefits and assist in the resolution of employee concerns, questions and services.
- Communicate all relevant information to employees and job applicants as necessary.
- Must have excellent communication skills, professional telephone etiquette and be accurate and detailed.
- Perform such duties as may be commensurate with the position of Human Resources Generalist and as assigned by the AVP Human Resources Manager.

The primary purpose of this position is to assist Fort Financial Credit Union by delivering outstanding service to both internal and external members. A key element of excellent service is to identify the financial needs of each member and recommend an appropriate credit union solution. In addition, responsible for providing broad support to the HR department including but not limited to, talent acquisition process including staffing, recruiting and on-boarding, completing special projects, performance appraisal process, open enrollment and benefits administration and administer the compliance poster process.

Qualifications
REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE
Position requires a minimum of 3-5 years direct job-related experience required; Financial Institution experience preferred.
EDUCATION
High school diploma required, some college preferred and desirable.
