A Human Resources Generalist / Manager is responsible for carrying out human resources functions such as recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, worker’s compensation claims, FMLA, payroll timecard submission and assisting with other functions within the department. The HR Generalist works closely with other members of the senior living community supporting the overall mission of the organization. They consult with the local Executive Director, Regional Human Resources Director or corporate Human Resources regarding policies, procedures and terminations. The successful candidate will be a good communicator, have knowledge of employment laws and have a collaborative working style, will show leadership among team members, and values the Community as the residents' home.
