- Manages the end-to-end recruitment process for Corporate positions: sources candidates; screens and selects for advancement in the hiring process; coordinates interviews; collects feedback; manages candidate experience and follow-up.
- Manages the end-to-end new joiner onboarding process for Corporate, coordinates all aspects of new joiner’s first day (welcome bag, IDs and technology, I9 collection, company overview and office walk thru). Trains incoming/new managers on how to use administrate timesheets.
- Prepare and maintain employee letters and documents, such as offer letters, wage notices, termination letters
- Coordinates weekly payroll for corporate (~110 employees) with the payroll team by ensuring managers have posted schedules, approved PTO, authorized timesheets. Submits manual adjustments to payroll and reviews/approves payroll previews for accuracy.
- Drives awareness and adoption of broad benefits offerings at Eataly by partnering with the benefits team on open enrollment, new plan adoption, other perks.
- For Eataly North America, coordinates Green card and visa applications with external counsel, employees and the business. Keeps all stakeholders up to date on visa processing status and maintains tracker of immigration costs (invoices) and work authorization expiration dates. Proactively follows up.
- Coordinates programs and events for Eataly Corporate and/or Eataly North America, i.e., small office events, ENA internship program
- Assists Corporate HRBP with talent and performance processes and other projects as assigned
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 3+ years of HR experience
- Demonstrated knowledge of payroll practices, wage and hour laws, benefits administration and general HR policy; SHRM or PHR
- Excellent communication, listening and interpersonal skills; ability to build relationships at all levels
- Experience with Ceridian Dayforce is a plus
- Knowledge of Italian and/or Spanish language is a plus
