Job Description

- Accurately process payrolls for all associates on a biweekly basis, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
- Payroll responsibilities including verification of hours/earnings with time/attendance system, end of year processing and reports, garnishments, and reporting
- Address and resolve payroll-related inquiries and discrepancies in a timely and efficient manner.
- Administer various leave programs, including family, medical and other leaves in compliance with applicable policies and regulations
- Assist with benefit offerings including discount program and tuition reimbursement
- Assist with coordination of benefit audits and compliance activities
- Assist in the coordination of the associate recognition program
- Support associate engagement initiatives
- Assists Senior HRIS Analyst in ongoing maintenance of the Workday HCM application
- Assists in troubleshooting user inquiries/issues related to all Workday HCM functionality
- Assist with HR reporting as needed
- Provide leader training on Kronos Dimensions
- Assist with associate training including new hire orientation, financial wellness, and other organizational strategic initiatives as needed
- Track associate education progression
- Support participation in career fairs and recruitment events
- Ensure compliance with licensing and certification requirements and OIG reporting
- Assists with completion of annual compensation surveys
- Data entry and analytics
- Assists with creating and revising job profiles in Workday
- Bachelor's degree is required.
- Payroll experience preferred
- Extensive knowledge of computer software (Microsoft Office Suite)
- High level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations and documentation
- Attention to detail in composing, typing and proofing materials, establishing priorities, and meeting deadlines
- Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
