Job Description
- Req#: 469646
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration/Human Resources or related field, 3-5 years of Human Resource Generalist experience
- HRCI-PHR or SHRM-CP certification is preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Experience with ADP Workforce Now or other HCMS is preferred.
- Flexibility for occasional travel.
- Bilingual Spanish English is preferred.

We are currently seeking a Human Resources Generalist to add to our team in Raleigh, NC. This is a full-time salary position. If you love working with people, are knowledgeable of HR best practices and current regulations, and have previous HR Generalist experience, this position is for you!
Who are we?
We are a nonprofit Head Start organization that was established in 1974. We serve migrant and seasonal farmworker children and families by providing high-quality early childhood education in a safe and nurturing environment. We have nearly 50 campuses across 10 states, and we serve approximately 3,000 children each year.
You day-to-day as the Human Resources Generalist
As the Human Resources Generalist, you will be responsible for applying business knowledge and human resources expertise to one of our designated geographic regions. You will play a key role in the success of the organization by offering guidance on recruitment, professional development, performance management, employee relations and HR best practices while facilitating a positive relationship between all staff and senior management.

Additional requirements include:
Starting Salary: $52,000+ depending on education and experience
