Exciting opportunity for anHR Generalistwith a well-established, industry leader in Environmental Services. Reporting to the Vice President of Human Resources, the HR Generalist will be a key member of the Human Resources team working closely to align HR practices with CR&R's business objectives. They will have responsibility for management of HR staff, investigations, maintaining records, process improvements, and enhancing the organization's human resources practices. Position Responsibilities:
• Employee investigations, terminations, resignations and status changes.
• Process improvement including SOP development.
• Garnishments, EDD Claims/Hearings, Child Support and Tax Levy Wage Audits.
• Provide HR support to internal clients in the areas of employee relations, manager inquiries, personnel policy, reports and audits.
• Assist in the development and implementation of HR strategies and initiatives designed to support CR&R overall business goals and objectives.
• Manage HR Administrators
Candidate Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree-Required, Master's degree Preferred.
• Current PHR/PHRca certification - Preferred
• Minimum five (5) years HR Generalist experience - Required
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) - Preferred
