- Serve as the primary point of contact for team members seeking assistance with workplace issues or concerns.
- Provide guidance, coaching, and support to managers and team members on HR-related matters.
- Review, track, facilitate and document compliance with mandatory and non-mandatory training, continuing education, and work assessments. This may include safety training, anti-harassment training, compliance training, and state-specific certifications.
- Investigate and resolve team members complaints and conflict.
- Track internal team member concerns and exit interviews to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Review involuntary terminations and assist managers with processing of terminations, working closely with Payroll.
- Ensure accurate records are maintained in ADP of personnel-related data (payroll, ACA benefit status, leave of absences, pay rates, etc.)
- Maintains compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and recommended best practices; reviews policies and practices to maintain compliance.
- Performs routine tasks to support the People & Culture team, including but not limited to compensation, benefits, and leave; recruitment, hiring, and onboarding; performance and talent management; productivity, recognition, and culture; occupational health and safety; and training and development.
- Produces and prepares weekly, monthly and quarterly reports on general activity.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- Bachelor's degree is Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven work experience in Human Resources, Management, or similar role.
- Previous experience in a multi-unit, multi-state support role preferred.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality, exercise sound judgment, and handle sensitive matters with discretion.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Bilingual preferred: Ability to speak and write fluently in English and Spanish is highly valued, but not required.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Knowledge of human resources principles, policies, and employment laws.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
- ADP experience preferred.
- Hospitality, customer service or related experience preferred.
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
- Ability to travel up to 20% of the time, including overnight stays.
- As is typical in the hospitality industry, this position requires availability to work evening, weekend, and holiday shifts, as well as shifts of more than 8 hours and workweeks of more than 40 hours.

$75,000.00/yr - $80,000.00/yr

This individual will joing the People & Culture team in supporting top hospitality talent at all of our venues nationwide. Summary Of Duties
Reporting to the Director of People & Culture, the People & Culture Generalist aids with the day-to-day functions of the people processes. The People & Culture Generalist provides both administrative and strategic support to the General Managers and Regional Managers, People & Culture team, and Corporate Office. The People & Culture Generalist is the primary contact for employee relations and plays a crucial role in supporting both team members and the organization, in contributing to a positive work environment and culture.
