      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Serve as a primary point of contact for employees and management regarding employee relations matters
      - Guide management and employees with disciplinary actions, performance reviews, and conflict management issues
      - Conduct thorough investigations into allegations of misconduct, harassment, and policy violations
      - Review and update HR policies to align with changes in employment laws and organizational needs
      - Assist with the HR onboarding process of new care centers and support other HR functions

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree, preferably in human resource management or a related field, or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
      - At least five years of experience in HR, with three years in a general capacity
      - A minimum of three years’ experience with employee relations, including investigation techniques and conflict resolution
      - Demonstrated understanding of employment and labor law, with experience in Virginia and North Carolina employment law being a plus
      - Previous experience in conducting investigations and resolving complex employee relations issues

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP Certification is a plus
      - Prior experience in compensation analysis is advantageous
