Human Resources Information System Specialist

Base pay range

$50.00/hr - $55.00/hr

• Administer and support Talent and Recruiting systems (e.g., Greenhouse), including configuration, user access, updates, and maintenance.
• Partner with HR and Recruiting stakeholders to analyze workflows, gather business requirements, and document process needs.
• Recommend and implement system enhancements to improve efficiency, accuracy, reporting, and user experience.
• Collaborate with technology and HR teams to ensure solutions are scalable, accurate, and aligned with business goals.
• Provide daily technical support, resolving system issues promptly to minimize downtime and maintain operational continuity.
• Participate in and/or lead system upgrades, conversions, integrations, and project initiatives, including testing and go-live support.
• Ensure data integrity and quality through rigorous testing and documentation practices.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in HR, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in HR Technology or System Administration, with a focus on Talent or Recruiting systems.
• Proven expertise in managing Greenhouse Administration or similar applicant tracking systems (ATS).
• Strong understanding of recruiting and HR workflows, including sourcing, interviewing, onboarding, and compliance processes.
