Position Summary
Oversees and executes HR projects within the organization. Collaborates with HR leadership, department heads, and cross-functional teams to drive initiatives that enhance HR processes, systems, and strategies. Acts as change management advocate to ensure smooth transitions and adoption of new processes and systems. Provides training for new systems to ensure effective implementation and user proficiency.
Collects, manages, and analyzes HR information and data to streamline processes and enable data-driven decision-making. Creates comprehensive reports to keep management informed and provides actionable recommendations. Manages and supports various HR projects and initiatives, tracking and reporting on their status and details to management, including HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems).
