      We are looking for a talented individual with strong communication skills, attention to detail and enthusiasm to work in a team.

      As part of Northern European HR team, the HR intern will get the opportunity to work across HR projects and processes related to the employees. The position is based in our Stryker European Office in Amsterdam Supporting both the Netherlands & Belgium sites with over 700 employees.

      Key Responsibilities:

      • Supporting HR Business Partners and HR Specialists/ Leads with administrative duties, analysis and HR processes
      • Supporting the on-boarding of new employees
      • Contributing to HR projects such as engagement, talent management, compensation and benefits, talent acquisitions, payroll and health management
      • Assisting employees in administration, maintaining data accuracy
      • Supporting with employee queries and/or being first point of contact for employees for various topics

      YOUR PROFILE

      Key Competencies

      • Proven ability to drive execution while always meeting deadlines
      • Must be outcome driven and taking responsibility/accountabilityfor tasks
      • Ability to produce quality work while, prioritizing multiple simultaneous deliverables and working in a fast-paced, demanding environment
      • Strong attention to detail
      • Strong interpersonal skills along with presentation, written and verbal communication skills are necessary

      Requirements

      You are enrolled at a European university in a bachelor's degree, or master’s degree program.

      Preferable field of studies: Human Resources, Business, General Management, Communication, or relevant field.

      Good knowledge of the English language, both written and spoken (Dutch is a bonus).

      Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
