Job Description
- Req#: 5353
- Conducts compliance audit of HR processes, ensuring all documentation is in place. Works with outside legal counsel to ensure compliance is being met appropriately.
- Creates new hire orientation program for sales representatives and corporate employees.
- Ensures job descriptions are in place and up to date.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Academic work towards a bachelor’s degree in human resources or business management
- Self-motivated
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Outstanding listener with the ability to gather information and create action plans to ensure completion of assigned projects
- Basic PC knowledge, Windows 10/11 Operating Systems and Microsoft Office 365
