Learning and Development Project Support ( i.e. Stand Out, L4P Programs)
Performance Management
Responsible for planning programs including timelines, comm plans, project management to ensure on time delivery.
Responsible for creation and management of annual calendar of events/projects
Link to COEs and HR for HR to align projects and deliverables
Affiliate specific projects ( i.e. ATS Launch, Benefits Roll out, Wealth launch among others)
Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual reports/ dashboard
Monthly headcount reconciliation reviews
Prepare ad-hoc reporting
Provide support with logistics, agenda content design, follow-ups for leadership team meetings, Town Halls.
Operationalize Talent Planning Functional Forums (quarterly)

Our Summer Internship opportunities give students real-world and exposure to one of the world’s leading fashion and apparel companies. Our 10-week Summer Internship Program onsite in San Francisco, CA is the perfect way to gain work experience in the core of the organization, while learning what a career at LS&Co. might have in store for you.
In addition to daily responsibilities, all interns will participate in an intern group project dedicated to an important business initiative and work with all areas of our business and our brands. Leadership seminars and career exploration series connect our interns to our leaders and educate around different career paths. Intern performance will be assessed using out internal review process and could potentially lead to a full-time offer.

Requirements for the Internship:
· High school diploma or GED
· Must be enrolled in an accredited undergraduate or associate program
· Must have a graduation date of spring 2025
