      Human Resources Internship – Gain hands-on experience while working on meaningful projects!

      CAPITAL Services is offering a PAID Human Resources (HR) Internship. During this internship, you will be able to apply your education and skills while gaining real-world HR experience. This internship starts in May of 2024 and will run for a 12-week period. It will be located onsite in our Sioux Falls, SD office.

      You will have the opportunity to work under the direction of our Human Resources Director, as well as other Human Resources professionals with a variety of different HR skill sets. Our HR Intern will work on strategic projects for the department and learn about/assist in day-to-day functions covering:

      • Human-resource information systems (HRIS), compensation, benefits, training and development, talent acquisition, employee relations, and job analysis/descriptions.

      Minimum Qualifications:

      • Working towards a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, or another related field.
