What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist with high visibility HR projects such as digital careers at Collins initiative, retirement forecasting, and talent reviews
- Participate in DE&I committee led events as a strategic HR partner
- Assist with workforce analytics to help drive data-driven solutions that best align to business needs
- Learn how to use HR systems and tools such as Workday, and Qlik reporting
- Assist HR Business Partners with leader support
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and student must be pursuing a Bachelor's or advanced degree in an applicable discipline
- Must be a U.S. Person (U.S. citizen, permanent resident, refugee or asylee) or eligible to obtain necessary export authorizations required
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- A student located near either of the following sites: Windsor Locks, CT, Charlotte, North Carolina, and Cedar Rapids, Iowa
- An individual who is pursuing a master’s degree in human resources, or like discipline
- Basic project management skills
- Self-starter and not afraid of taking the initiative
