      General Summary

      The Organizational Development Intern will gain hands-on experience in a corporate learning and development environment. The intern will be exposed to various facets of talent development, from program design to implementation. This is a summer internship.

      Responsibilities:

      • Assist in the design and implementation of organizational development programs.

      • Participate in professional development events with other interns.

      • Contribute to the development of training materials and modules.

      • Support the team in various HR projects and initiatives.

      Qualifications:

      • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

      • Good analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

      • Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.

      • Ability to work on a part-time schedule

      Education

      • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program in Human Resources, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Finance, Technology., or a related field.

      Benefits may vary for positions located outside of the continental United States.

      Base Hourly Wage Range :

      Hourly: $20.00 $22.00

      Pay may vary based upon relevant experience, skills, location, and education among other factors.
