  What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  - Support the Talent Development team in implementing and managing talent programs
  - Assist with recruiting activities, including pre-screening candidates and scheduling interviews
  - Coordinate new hire orientation and manage related logistics
  - Conduct various aspects of the employee onboarding process, including I-9 completion and documentation verification
  - Analyze and compile reports on team member engagement data
  
  What is Required (Qualifications):
  - Must be a student pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Management, or a related field
  - Expected graduation date of December 2026 or later
  - Willingness to travel or relocate to Oshkosh, WI for the duration of the internship
  - Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills
  - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  
  How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  - Ability to learn new programs quickly in a fast-paced team environment
  - Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or greater
