We are hiring a Human Resources Manager to lead our HR function and team for our ethnic food manufacturing facility located in the Fullerton, CA. In this role, you will drive the company's safety culture and play a key leadership role in the factory. Your HR expertise will enhance employee engagement, talent acquisition, training, and company-wide HR initiatives in this fast-paced environment. Responsibilities: Build strong relationships with factory leaders and key stakeholders in order to develop and implement people plans and solutions to achieve business initiatives and deliver results. Drive engagement by championing the companys vision, mission, purpose and culture initiatives. Provide transparent communication, and promotes employee understanding of programs, policies, and objectives along with developing positive employee morale. Administer Human Resources functions in collaboration with Center of Excellence groups including employee relations, compensation, recruitment, training, EEO/AA, and benefits. Coach, motivate and develop team members and the plant leadership team. Directs, trains and develops a team of HR professionals. Basic Qualifications: Bachelors degree (or equivalent) and a minimum 5 years experience as an HR Business partner creating and executing staffing and talent strategies, employee engagement, retention, and employee relations Project management and business acumen with experience in driving programs that support the over business objectives Strong knowledge of U.S. HR laws and regulations, U.S. HR and employee relations' practices and policies Preferred Qualifications: Bilingual (Spanish and English) PHR or SPHR certification Experience with multi-site manufacturing, ideally in the Food or CPG industry Previous people management experience ideal Compensation and Benefits: The base salary range for this position is $81,750 to $136,250 annually with eligibility for a 15% annual incentive bonus, that is based on organizational performance. The pay range represents the numerous factors considered in the hiring decisions including, but not limited to education, skills, work experience, certifications, geography etc. As such, starting pay for the successful candidate(s) could fall anywhere within the stated range.
