      Job Title

      Human Resources Manager

      Position Overview

      Shaw Industries is recruiting for a Human Resources Manager to lead all HR functions across our D4, D5, and T8 plant locations. This role will lead a team of two HR Representatives and serve as a strategic partner to plant leadership leveraging AX as a priority and driver to successful performance across all levels . The ideal candidate will be a servant leader with a commitment to continuous learning, driving results, and fostering a culture built on inclusion, trust, transparency, and open communication.

      The HR Manager plays a critical role in aligning workforce strategies with operational goals through talent management, associat e engagement, compliance, and change leadership.

      Key Responsibilities:

      • Provide leadership, coaching, and development to a team of two HR Representatives

      • Lead workforce planning efforts to support short- and long-term staffing needs

      • Foster an environment of inclusion, growth and development and lead talent management strategies

      • Conduct and oversee employee relations investigations , including hotline reports

      • Administer corrective action processes with fairness and consistency

      • Manage FMLA and other leave programs in compliance with federal and state laws

      • Partner with the Talent Acquisition team to support hiring decisions and onboarding

      • Design and implement associat e recognition and incentive programs

      • Ensure consistent policy interpretation and administration

      • Monitor and assess associate engagement and contribute to a positive workplace culture

      • Maintain compliance with all applicable employment laws and company standards

      • Collaborate with medical services to coordinate transitional duty assignments, workplace accommodations, and workers' compensation cases.

      • Provide ongoing coaching and development for employees and plant leadership

      • Respond to and support organizational and workforce changes with agility

      • Lead conflict resolution and facilitate respectful, solutions-oriented dialogue

      • Effectively communicate HR policies, procedures, total rewards , and AX initiatives

      Qualifications:

      • Bachelor’s degree required

      • Previous Human Resources experience, preferably in a manufacturing or multi-site environment

      • Strong knowledge of HR best practices

      • Demonstrated success in employee relations, coaching, and change management

      Work Shift

      8 Hr non-rotating shift, Hrs fall to in punch day, Observed Calendar, shift starts AM
