      Human Resources Manager

      This position will support the strategic and operational objectives of the Human Resources Department. The selected candidate will work cooperatively and respectfully with staff, visitors and volunteers to provide a positive applicant, onboarding and ongoing employment experience.

      Some of the position responsibilities include:

      • Support the development and implementation of HR strategies that are aligned with business objectives.
      • Responsible for recruitment, onboarding and off boarding processes to include pre-employment processing, reference checking, physical/drug screen, live scan, nursing license/certificate verification, new employee orientation scheduling, and payroll status changes for new employees.
      • Administer and optimize the HRIS system.
        1. Input new hires into the HRIS system.
        2. Assists with tracking of HR metrics such as turnover, retention and time to hire.
        3. Serve as backup for running biweekly payroll.
      • Maintains employee records in compliance with state and federal labor laws.

      Qualifications


      1. Three to five years’ experience in human resources office environment.
      2. Ability to maintain confidentiality in a variety of circumstances and make sound judgments.
      3. Strong HRIS knowledge required.
      4. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel and Publisher.
      5. Above average verbal/written communication skills.
      6. Ability to work collaboratively with employees at all levels of the organization.
