  Job Title: Human Resource Manager

  Location: Green Bay, WI

  Reporting to: Human Resource Director

  Industry: Manufacturing/Processing

  Position Overview:

  We are seeking a dedicated and experienced HR Manager to serve as a strategic partner and trusted resource across our organization. This role will provide expert HR guidance, ensure regulatory compliance, and support a positive and productive work environment. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, change-driven environment and is passionate about employee development, organizational compliance, and fostering a culture of respect and inclusion.

  Essential Job Functions:

  • Daily Payroll Time Sheet Edits and other payroll duties
  • Daily and weekly sales reconciliations
  • Daily rework verification
  • Other duties as assigned

  Experience Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or related field preferred
  • Experience in Human Resources; 1- 2 years

  • 2-3 years’ experience in meat processing or other manufacturing setting preferred
  • Plant or Industrial experience is preferred
  • Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.

  Skills/Abilities Required:

  • Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite, namely Excel
  • Experience with SAP and Kronos preferred but not required
  • Strong ability to engage with employees at all levels of the organization
  • Demonstrated ability to thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Strong Time Management – ability to meet deadlines, multitask as needed and maintain attention to detail.
  • Must be able to work flexible hours, including some Saturdays
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Interpersonal savvy with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups
