      Responsibilities

      The Human Resources Manager plans, coordinates and administers policies and procedures relating to all phases of company human resources activities. Work is full-time during the weekdays. Work is performed primarily at the clinic and business office but may include visits to the residential site. Duties may vary depending on CA or TX location.

      Schedule is, Monday-Friday 7:30am-4:30pm. Fully onsite role and travel to all Texas CNS locations is required.

      • Develops and implements the techniques and procedures for recruitment.
      • Develops and administers procedures for orientation and set up of new employees.
      • Maintains personnel functions for current employees.
      • Initiates and directs surveys related to turnover, wages, benefits, morale and other personnel considerations. Prepares periodic reports relative to employment activities. Numerical ability required to evaluate data and make various computations of departmental operations. Prepares and presents management meeting business recaps for all CA locations monthly.
      • Investigates causes of disputes and complaints and recommends corrective action.
      • Prepares, facilitates and/or conducts residential leadership meetings by collaborating with residential leaders, as well as Texas HR.
      • Plans and maintains a system of record keeping including wage/salary and performance evaluations. Devises forms relative to the personnel functions. Maintains central personnel files that will provide ready analysis of all personnel management functions.
      • Administers benefit services and other employer-employee programs such as retirement plans, Flexible Spending Plan, credit union, insurance, vacation and leave policies, and other for all employees. Completes reporting as needed to initiate/maintain benefit programs for all employees at all facilities.

      Qualifications

      Experience and Education:

      • Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required.
      • Experience in business is preferred.
      • PHR or SPHR certification preferred.
