      Human Resources Manager

      Location: GTA

      We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to lead key HR initiatives that support our automotive retail business. This role partners closely with senior leaders, drives HR programs, and leads a team of HR professionals.

      What You’ll Do:

      • Be a Strategic Partner: Collaborate with senior leaders as a trusted HR business partner, aligning workforce planning, talent strategies, and organizational goals.

      • Lead and Inspire the HR Team: Supervise and support a team of HR professionals, driving high-quality service and consistent execution across the organization.

      • Drive Key Initiatives: Lead programs that elevate performance management, leadership development, succession planning and employee engagement.

      • Lead Talent Acquisition: Develop recruitment strategies, partner with hiring managers to build strong talent pipelines through proactive sourcing, partnerships, and an exceptional candidate experience.

      • Collaborate with Centers of Excellence: Work closely with subject matter experts in the Centers of Excellence—Compensation, Leaves of Absence, and Employee Relations—to ensure consistent, expert-driven support and guidance across HR functions.

      • Champion Change: Support organizational change initiatives, helping teams adapt and thrive in a dynamic environment.

      • Use Data to Make an Impact: Leverage HR metrics and analytics to inform decisions, uncover trends, and demonstrate the effectiveness of HR programs.

      What You’ll Bring:

      • Certification as a Human Resources Professional (CHRP), or equivalent experience.

      • Minimum 2 years in a leadership role (preferred).

      • Proven experience as an HR business partner, providing strategic HR support to leadership.

      • Strong working knowledge of employment legislation, including employment standards, occupational health and safety, labour relations, and human rights.

      • Experience with union and labour relations is an asset.

      • Ability to build trusted relationships with senior leaders, hiring managers, and cross-functional teams.

      • Experience managing HR projects, driving change, and supporting acquisitions.

      • A collaborative, solution-oriented approach to challenges, with the ability to balance business needs and employee advocacy.

      • Passion for automotive retail and an understanding of the unique demands of the industry.
