- Enforcing all company policies and plant rules, to include conducting and overseeing investigations and maintaining corrective action procedures.
- Providing leadership and direction for recommending, implementing, and supporting positive employee relations practices.
- Partnering closely with plant management team to support functional priorities and reporting out Key Performance Indicators for the HR function.
- Demonstrating tact and diplomacy and maintaining discretion and confidentiality when dealing with sensitive employee data.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or business-related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in Human Resources
- Minimum of 2 years supporting direct reports in the HR field
- Strong knowledge of and experience in HR Information Systems such as Workday and Dimensions
- Strong communication skills at all levels of management
- Strong leadership capabilities and demonstrated ability to set effective priorities
- Previous experience in a manufacturing environment – food manufacturing is a plus

About the Role:
The HR Manager role at the Manawa location is directly responsible for overseeing the HR function and leading and supporting the HR and Training team and guide day-to-day success of the facility. You’ll add value to this role by performing various functions including, but not limited to:
Important Details: This is a full-time on-site role supporting plant human resources needs predominantly on 1st shift with schedule flexing between all shifts occasionally required.
