      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide expert consultation and guidance on HR issues to leadership and staff
      - Assist management with strategic planning and direction for HR initiatives
      - Develop relationships with key stakeholders to facilitate problem resolution
      - Investigate and evaluate HR issues, providing recommendations for resolution
      - Facilitate the implementation of HR policies and the Performance Management Program

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s Degree and 6 years of directly related exempt-level experience
      - Strong knowledge of Human Resources and employment law
      - Advanced skills in organizational workforce policies and practices
      - Proven ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing
      - Expertise in HR operations, including benefits administration and employee relations

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Over two years of experience leading enterprise-wide onboarding programs
      - Experience managing and developing a remote team
      - Strong focus on customer service and process improvement
      - Knowledge of pre-employment and regulatory compliance
      - Strong cross-functional collaboration skills
