      Pay: $120,000 per year

      Essential duties and Responsibilities:
      • Responsible for, among other things, tracking turnover metrics and implementing strategies to improve retention.
      • Oversees employee relations for assigned employee population.
      • Investigates and prepares written responses to EEOC claims, unemployment claims, etc.
      • Communicates all benefit and compensation programs to associates.
      • Delivers leadership training for all site leaders on various HR topics.
      • Leads, directs, and supervises reporting team members and/or contractors
      • Includes, but is not limited to, decisions about or influence on staff selection, scheduling, development, discipline, compensation, performance and/or terminations.
      • Assist in coordinating HR projects
      • Maintain employee data reports by assembling, preparing, and analyzing data.

      Qualifications and Requirements:
      • Bachelor’s degree preferred; in HR or a related field a plus
      • Proficient in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
      • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
      • Bilingual: English and Spanish preferred
      • 3 or more years in human resources preferred
