      Title of Position: Human Resource Manager
      Job Description: This position as a Human Resources Manager will provide hands-on and strategic opportunities to plan, direct and coordinate all human resources activities. The Human Resources Manager oversees all functional areas of human resources including recruitment and staffing, compensation programs, staff training and professional development, organizational development, performance management, employee relations, legal compliance, policy development, personnel recordkeeping, and HR information systems.

      Qualifications:
      • The Human Resource Manager must have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in a Human Resource role, ideally in Restaurants
      • The Human Resource Manager must have strong employee relations experience
      • The Human Resource Manager must have exceptional judgment and decision-making skills
      • The Human Resource Manager must have excellent communication skills
      • The Human Resource Manager must be able to involve themselves with others in a respectful, professional, and positive manner at all times
