      Human Resources Manager – Luxury Automotive Group (Inland Empire)

      Full-Time | On-Site | $30–$40/hour DOE | Great Benefits

      We are a well-established, high-line automotive group located in the Inland Empire seeking a Human Resources Manager to support our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who is hands-on, approachable, and enjoys working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

      The ideal candidate will be confident in managing daily HR operations, have a strong understanding of California labor law, and enjoy building trusted relationships across departments. Automotive experience is a plus but not required—we're looking for someone with the right attitude, communication skills, and commitment to supporting our people.

      Key Responsibilities

      • Conduct employee relations investigations, including handling complaints and counseling employees and managers with professionalism and discretion
      • Prepare and administer disciplinary actions and assist in managing terminations as needed
      • Respond to administrative claims of discrimination; represent the company at unemployment hearings, mediations, or proceedings before an administrative law judge
      • Assess and address broader organizational challenges by recommending solutions that support a positive workplace culture and resolve systemic issues
      • Foster a respectful, high-performing work environment rooted in ethics, accountability, and teamwork
      • Coach and support managers and employees to strengthen performance, engagement, and development
      • Manage time, resources, and priorities efficiently while supporting company goals and operational needs
      • Lead or participate in HR initiatives and projects that enhance HR systems, processes, and employee experience

      Requirements

      • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (preferred)
      • 5+ years of experience in HR, ideally in a generalist or HR Manager role
      • Strong working knowledge of California labor law and general HR best practices
      • Experience handling employee relations matters professionally and confidentially
      • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; ADP Workforce Now experience is a plus
