American Pacific Mortgage is currently seeking a Human Resources (HR) Manager who will report to the VP of HR. The HR Manager will be responsible for oversight of the employee life cycle management, compensation, and HR compliance with federal, state, and local wage and labor laws and regulations. This includes the development and implementation of company policies, procedures, and best practices relating to HR influence and risk management.

Education and Experience, Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Training and Development or a related field, or comparable experience required.
·7-10 years of progressive human resources experience
·Experience with supervising or managing a team
·Mortgage industry experience, preferred
·Experience with the human resources information system (HRIS), such as Workday, ADP, Peoplesoft, Cloud HR, SmartRecruiters and others.
·Knowledge of a broad range of human resource strategies and practices, including compensation, performance management, safety, hiring and employee relations; able to apply these strategies and practices in compliance with employment regulations

Salary range: $80k-$105k depending on experience
