      Human Resources Manager

      Location: Grimco Headquarters – St. Louis, MO
      Travel: Occasional (5–15%)

      Grimco, Inc. is looking for a hands-on, experienced HR professional to support our growing, fast-paced business. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment and enjoys being involved in all aspects of HR—from employee relations and compliance to talent strategy and training.

      What You’ll Do

      • HR Strategy & Partnership – Support business leaders with workforce planning, change management, and HR initiatives aligned with company goals.
      • Employee Relations – Serve as a trusted partner for employee issues, conflict resolution, and feedback programs (stay/exit interviews, surveys).
      • Talent Support – Partner on recruiting strategies, retention planning, and employee development initiatives.
      • Comp & Benefits – Analyze market data, ensure competitive and equitable pay practices, and support benefit administration.
      • Training & Development – Work with our Training team to coordinate programs, professional development, and leadership growth efforts.
      • Multi-Site Support – Provide consistent HR guidance across 65+ locations and travel as needed.

      What You’ll Bring

      • Education & Experience : Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field + 7 years of progressive HR experience (multi-site or manufacturing/distribution preferred).
      • Skills : Strong knowledge of employment law, compensation, and HR systems. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and analytical skills.
      • Bonus : HR certification (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP/SCP) and experience in high-growth or operationally complex environments.
