      Job Summary

      The Human Resources (HR) Manager is responsible for overseeing day-to-day HR operations, implementing HR policies and programs, and supporting the organization's goals through effective people management practices. This role serves as a critical link between leadership and staff, ensuring a positive work environment while maintaining compliance with employment laws and company policies.

      Key Responsibilities

      • Administer and execute HR programs, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, benefits, and compliance.
      • Support department managers in workforce planning, employee development, and disciplinary matters.
      • Maintain and update HRIS systems, personnel files, and internal documentation.
      • Ensure legal compliance with labor laws and HR best practices across all employment practices.
      • Facilitate new hire orientation and training programs.
      • Assist in developing and implementing employee engagement and retention initiatives.
      • Monitor and report on HR metrics (e.g., turnover, time-to-fill, engagement scores).
      • Address employee concerns and complaints in a confidential and objective manner.
      • Support annual HR activities such as performance reviews, compensation planning, and open enrollment.

      Qualifications

      • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
      • 5+ years of progressive HR experience.
      • Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR regulations.
      • Proficiency with HR software systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
      • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
      • PHR or SHRM-CP certification preferred.
