      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Serve as an advisor and support to management in developing human resource strategies
      - Provide day-to-day performance management guidance to management including coaching and counseling
      - Conduct workplace investigations and assist in reporting and advocating leaves of absence
      - Analyze employee engagement data and partner with leadership to develop action plans
      - Collaborate on policies and procedures to ensure compliance and effectiveness

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of four (4) years of Human Resource experience
      - Two years of experience developing and implementing successful HR strategies
      - Working knowledge of human resource disciplines including performance management and employee relations
      - Two years of labor relations experience, including grievance handling
      - High School Diploma or GED; BA in HR Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience providing HR leadership for multiple sites or states
      - Human Resources certification such as SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR
      - Strong relationship management and strategic HR consulting skills
      - Familiarity with HRIS such as Workday
      - Effective verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
