      Children's Happy Teeth & Happy Braces is seeking an experienced and proactive HR Manager to join our growing team. We're a private pediatric dental and orthodontics practice dedicated to creating healthy smiles—and a happy, supportive workplace for our amazing team.What You'll Do: Oversee the daily operations of the Human Resources departmentManage employee relations, performance reviews, and compliance issuesDesign and create engaging learning and development videos for staff training and continuing educationFoster a positive, inclusive, and productive workplace cultureSupport leadership with organizational development and workforce planningWhat We're Looking For: Minimum 3 years of experience in Human Resources managementProven ability to develop and deliver employee training content, including video-based modulesStrong knowledge of HR laws and regulationsExcellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skillsCreative mindset with the ability to make training fun and engagingExperience in the healthcare or dental field is a plus , but not requiredWhy Join Us?
