      Cenveo is a leading North American manufacturer of envelopes with over 100 years of experience and approximately 30 billion envelopes manufactured annually. We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager for our manufacturing facility in Williamsburg, PA.

      The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years in a similar role in a manufacturing setting with a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources/ relevant field or equivalent work experience will be considered. Labor Relations experience in manufacturing is preferred.

      Job Summary

      This position advises, implements, administers and directs the Company policies, procedures, plans and programs related to the Human Resources function. May supervise other employees.

      Primary Duties and Responsibilities (*Essential Functions)

      These are functions a qualified incumbent or applicant must be able to perform with or without reasonable accommodation.

      • Directs the interpretation and application of established Company Human Resources policies, which may include collective bargaining agreements.
      • Responds to inquiries regarding policies, procedures, and programs. May represent the Company at personnel-related hearings and investigations.
      • Recruits and selects qualified applicants to maintain workforce levels in accordance with established policies and
      • procedures including EEO/AA and ADA compliance.
      • Contracts with outside suppliers to provide employee services, such as temporary employees.
      • Administers compensation and benefits programs in accordance with established policies and procedures to ensure effectiveness, compliance, and equity within organization.
      • Implements local AAP / EEO and maintains compliance.
      • Coordinates the administration of employee safety, environmental, security, workers compensation programs.
      • Ensures compliance with all federal, state, and local safety regulations.
      • Facilitates manger and employee training programs including safety, benefits, harassment, other.
      • Advises and assists management in appropriate resolution of employee relations issues, policies, procedures.
      • Maintains records of personnel transactions such as hires, promotions, transfers, performance reviews, and terminations, and employee statistics for government reporting purposes.
      • Prepares employee separation notices and related documentation; conducts exit interviews.
      • Participates in cost savings initiatives for the plant.
      • Represent the company positively and effectively in all situations.
      • Performs other duties as assigned.

      Other (Non-Essential) Functions

      Includes functions which are normally performed by persons holding this title. However, these functions may be reassigned to other employees as part of a "Reasonable Accommodation" under the ADA.

      Physical Requirements & Environmental Conditions:-

      • Environment is typically general office, though the incumbent may spend periods of time in the manufacturing environments with exposure to dust, dirt, high noise levels and variations in temperature.
      • The incumbent is expected to know and follow all safety rules for the environment.
